Secure Netcom website (“Site”), why we collect it and how it is

Information Is Collected.

times we may request that you voluntarily supply Secure Netcom with

work or at home. Generally this information is requested when you
register on the Site or when you provide information in connection with
an online transaction. We
will ask you to provide your personal information to us when you enroll
for a monthly license to the secure email encryption product.
When you enroll to download the software and purchase a monthly
license to the secure email encryption services at Secure Netcom, we
will ask you to provide information including, but not limited to, a
first and last name, home or other physical address, an email address,
phone number or other contact information, whether at work or at home.
This information will be provided to the company when you purchase a
monthly license so we can establish you as a key-holder of the
encryption services. We
will maintain a record of your information at the offices of Secure
Netcom so we can provide you with email encryption service. The
employees of Secure Netcom are each required to sign and acknowledge
a Confidentiality And Nondisclosure Agreement. Each employee has been
instructed on maintaining the privacy of each customer and the
importance of protecting the customer's personal information. Secure
Netcom, the service providers for it, and all vendors providing products
or services through our Site use your personal information to operate
our Site and/or effect your transactions; to create and share reports
about your transactions among themselves; and to perform credit fraud
screening services for transactions between you and Secure Netcom and/or
others. Secure
Netcom also automatically receives and records information on our server
logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information
and the page you request. We intend to continue improving the
content and function of our Site and we monitor customer traffic
patterns and site usage to help Secure Netcom improve the design and
layout of our Site and provide content of interest to you. Information

users of our Site, the public, Secure Netcom or our suppliers; and (b)

Secure Netcom does not sell products for purchase by children. Any
person who provides their information to Secure Netcom through
the registration page for new users or any other part of the Site
represents to Secure Netcom that they are 18 years of age or older. Cookies A
cookie is a piece of data that is stored on a visitor's hard drive while
they are visiting this Web site. We may utilize a short-lived form of
cookie when you visit this site. At Secure Netcom, a cookie is only
used to identify one unique visitor from another visitor during a
particular session. A session is the period of active site-use while
